Each poem in this anthology is a story about one of the many endings we as humans can experience in our lives. Friendships end and become a part of the past. People die and we go to their funerals. Relationships end and we deal with the fallout. Life as we know it ends. I wrote on this topic because I find it to be cathartic. Endings aren't always sad. The end can double as a beginning to new things.

A beautiful theme, and even more beautiful how you wrote it. My favorite line from this whole thing is easily "pieces of vital organs given away to boys". Such a unique, colorful way to say something otherwise so ordinary.
